Emergency Contact
In the case of an emergency occurring at the workplace the Emergency Contact Information allows the person in charge to contact the nominated person.

Field Information
First & Surname Name
These are the first name and surname of the person to be contacted in case of an emergency.
Relationship
This field displays the relationship between the employee and the emergency contact person.
- A standard set of Relationships are available.
- Further relationship codes can be added.
Home and Work Phone
These are the home and work contact phone numbers of the person to be contacted in case of an emergency.
